Refund policy
We are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. 21M Clothing uses various Print On Demand business partners as suppliers for our products. All products are unique and produced per order. Because we do not have physical items on hand, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstance such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to production with the Print Provider and you are unable to edit any details or cancel the order. If the shipment details were incorrect, please contact us immediately at help@21mclothing.com
We do not accept returns, but we will gladly offer a refund or a new order for issues caused by our error. Please contact us within 7-days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue for the following cases:

Damaged: The item arrives broken or otherwise physically compromised.

Defective: The item has manufacturing flaws or quality issues.

Incorrect due to our error: The item received does not match your order due to a mistake on our part.
Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or send a new order at no additional cost, based on your preference. We do not offer refunds or replacements for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing choices, delivery issues, or other non-qualifying reasons.
